1. What if my cell phone is not registered? 

 

Create an online profile using the U.S. Auto Servicing portal myusautopayment.com on or after September 22nd, 2020, to opt-in your number. You can set up the card/account you’d like to use as the payment merchant card. It takes about 5 minutes to complete. 

 

2. What if I do not want to use this service? 

 

Reply STOP to the initial message to opt-out of the service. 

 

3. What if I opted-out of messaging in the past and I don’t receive the message.

4. What if I want to use other payment channels? 

 

Your preferred method of payment is completely up to you. Text-to-Pay is just another free option available to those customers who want to pay. 

 

5. What if I want to set it up without calling in to customer service? 

 

No call is necessary. You can follow the prompts (below) to register your number safely and securely.  

1. Access: myusautopayment.com 

2. Create a profile or login using an existing profile. 

3. Select the profile settings option

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to add a new phone number.

5. Add the new phone number 

6. Select the down arrow to send an opt-in text message.

7. Once the text is received, follow the prompts to initiate the text to pay option.
